By using Mihan Shatta you agree to these terms. The platform is a directory connecting clients with independent professionals and does not perform the services itself.
2. Professional accounts
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their data and documents and for complying with Saudi regulations. We may suspend or hide any profile that violates this.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are activated only after server-side payment verification. Fees are non-refundable after the subscription period starts, except where required by law.
4. Reviews
Reviews are moderated. Abusive or misleading content is prohibited. Professionals may dispute a review by contacting support.
5. Liability
Financial and technical agreements are made directly between the client and the professional. The platform is not responsible for the quality of work performed off-platform.
